Pedophiles in Church?

Engaging article and comment thread by Marla discussing how to address a convicted pedophile attending your church. Something every parent AND Christian ought to consider. How do we uphold our responsibility to keep our children safe as well as our call to forgive and minister? I don't believe there is an easy or one size fits all answer.
